Thanks to Fox pictures for deciding that they own the rights from years ago even though they never developed the movie or made it, suing Warner Brothers, who actually did make the movie, there might be a delay.

A judge has granted a temporary injunction against Warner Bros to keep them from releasing this movie.

Watch those F'ers from Fox who screwed up Fantastic Four, and so many other comic book movies end up making money from what might be one of the finest comic book movies ever made.
