The thing is though, If the cubs were in the western national division, they would still not be in the playoffs! The padres just 2 games over 500 (Which is not that good compaired to other teams)would still be in the playoffs because that record was better than the cubs. Cub fans have no room to talk. I am a Cardinal fan. When watching my team lose the game in Houston, after Jimmy Edmonds and Tony Larusa were thrown out. I started making excuses but then stopped myself because you know what? that is exactly what a cub fan would do. Make excuses for not winning a ball game or the playoffs! They do every single year! I have to listen to it from a cub fans.

They badmouth the cardinals but their team SUCKS. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS? I for one am tired of hearing it.

Yeah wait till next year, wait till next year my f ing ASS! Wait till we start to feel sorry for you and all MLB take a season off and just give the cubs a world series.

I just needed to blow off a little steam here on that one. I cant wait to see the response this one gets!

I am a Cubs/Soxs fan for over 30 years! As for whining sounds like you are doing enough!
Soxs will not beat the cards in the world series because the cards will not be there.
P.S. Who had the best pitching in baseball? If Larussa would quit making so many changes in the series, He may win it! You did'nt see the sox do it! 4 complete games baby!

I can tell you are a chicago cub fan! You cub fans are probably buying up all the Whitesox shirts and hats and sneaking in to the sox games. You cant hide in the whitesox crowd, we know all you cub fans are switching teams all the sudden. Good for you guys but dont hide it. I dont think I was whining, just voicing my opinion. Besides Im rooting for the whitesox anyway; now that my fav team is out. That is what a cardinal fan would do admit we lost and go on with life. Does this sound like making excuses and whining? I said nothing about the Whitesox anyway. Such a typical cub fan. We went up against a great pitcher(oswalt) and he beat the cards fair and square.I said nothing about the whitesox pitching. I think they are great pitchers, If I felt any less I would be a cub fan stating all the sox pitchers are on roids! Have a nice day.
